		Youth Youth Exhibitor of the Year - awarded to the youth exhibitor with the most total sweepstakes points for the year. Breed Awards - awarded to the youth with the most points in each breed for the year. "Boss Hog" Award - awarded to the youth cavy who has the most Best In Show wins for the year. "Boss Exhibitor" - awarded to the youth exhibitor with the most Best In Show wins for the year. 2013 Youth Sweepstakes Awards Exhibitor of the Year - $100 Award Buckle (donated by Richard & Jennifer Robbins & Rita & Ronnie Rushing) Breed Awards - Trophies "Boss Hog" Award - TBA "Boss" Exhibitor Award - TBA						Open Open Exhibitor of the Year - awarded to the open exhibitor with the most total sweepstakes points for the year. 		Non-LSCC Shows Sweepstakes You can include your sweepstakes points earned at Non-LSCC shows in Texas for Youth & Open. You must be an LSCC member from on the date of the show - Dec. 31. Mail or email your exhibitor report from the show you want to include to Rita Rushing - 110 Private Road 215 - Fairfield, TX 75840 or rrushing7@hotmail.com. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to mail this info to Rita. Non-LSCC sweepstakes points exhibitor reports must be received no later than 60 days after the show date to be included. Non-LSCC show must be in the state of Texas. If the Non-LSCC show only offers an Open Cavy Show, a youth exhibitor may submit their exhibitor report, write "Youth" at the top & their points will be included in the LSCC Youth Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Point System When you get your exhibitor show reports from the show secretary your sweepstakes points are the "Display Points". The Sweepstakes Point System is based on class wins. (Example of a class: Black American Int. Boar) First Place: 6 X # of animals in the class Second Place: 4 X # of animals in the class Third Place: 3 X # of animals in the class Fourth Place: 2 X # of animals in the class Fifth Place: 1 X # of animals in the class Sixth Place: 0 X # of animals in the class Here's an example of how you can play the sweepstakes. Let's say you have 6 Broken Silkie Jr. Boars & you just can't decide which ones to keep. You enter all six of them in the next show. You get the opinions of two fabulous, experienced judges. Everyone gets to see your new babies & might be interested in buying the ones you decide not to keep. And, you get a lot of sweepstakes points. Here's how it would work: If you only enter the one you think is the best & he is the only one shown under both judges. Your points are: 1st place: 6 points X 2 judges = 12 points. But, if you had entered all 6 & they were the only ones your points would be: 1st place: 6 points X 6 pigs in the class = 36 2nd place: 4 points X 6 pigs in the class = 24 3rd place: 3 points X 6 pigs in class = 18 4th place: 2 points X 6 pigs in the class = 12 5th place: 1 point X 6 pigs in the class = 6 6th place: 0 points X 6 pigs in the class = 0 Total Sweepstakes Points per show 96 X 2 shows X 2 Total Sweepstakes Points for both shows 192
